The team at Qmall are more than happy to make it easy for our customers to return items for refunds (on full priced items) and exchanges. For exchanges and returns, you must contact us within 30 days of placing your order. You may return any full priced purchased items for a full refund or credit note (which has no time limit). Sale items can be returned for an exchange or a credit note only. For purchases both within Australia and outside of Australia, please note postage will be at your own cost, so please take care when choosing your products. The product and packaging must be in original condition for refunds and exchanges.
We recommend that you send your parcel using a registered mail service which allows you to track your return. Qmall will not be held responsible for any packages returned that have not been physically received by us.
All items must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached. Product package should also be in original condition.
Qmall is not responsible for any item(s) returned/exchanged that are not returned new. Unfortunately, we cannot accept your return/exchange if the Qmall team considers the item(s) used.
Return items will have refunds processed within 7-14 days on receipt of item and clearance of goods via your original method of payment.
Paypal purchases may be refunded to the credit or EFTPOS card of your choice. In order to be refunded, the cardholder’s name needs to be identical to the name on the order confirmation and a form of identification must be presented.
